Error when checking for Duplicate contacts

I get the following error when clicking on Find Duplicate Contacts >> Individuals >> Use Rule

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/autis9/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Dedupe/Finder.php on line 98

How large is your database? It's possible that first hit in duplicate search can take quite long time, since all the contacts in the database are being checked. Is it possible to you to crank up maximum script execution time in your webserver? From what I remember, it can be done in php.ini, with max_execution_time setting.
