Update with API based on issue with activity API

As far as I know the convention for the API will remain: update is done through the create/add function with the primary key? So the convention is you ALWAYS need the primary key for the update function? Any comments, opinions  ;D

I think that's a good idea ... except for location API ... where I think you should be able to update an address based on a location_type / phone_type match..... But that should probably be a special case where there IS an update but if you know the ID you use the Create function (that's what it's going to be isn't it?)

Hmmm well location is a special case I think...my program for tomorrow is based on having a good look at the location API so expect a forum post with some questions and alternatives tomorrow afternoon :-)
