I have a new Drupal 6.19 CiviCRM 3.2.3 multilingual setup. I cannot get CiviCRM to inherit the Language from Drupal. I checked off the 'Inherit CMS language' in localization.

I did a test on your civicrm.org Demo system.  I set CiviCRM to multiligual and added the fr_CA language. I changed my CiviCRM language to French and logged out.  I logged backed in and went into CiviCRM. The CiviCRM came up in French. I though it should of inherited the English Drupal and come up in English when I logged in the second time.
