I have a fee-based event that is configured to show the participant listing as part of the event description.  However, it is only listing participants who have paid upfront.

How can I get the "pay-later" participants to be listed?

 Yes, the contributions are still pending. This is because most people will be bringing a check to the entrance of the event, or will be sent a statement.

If so, you may have to update the Contribution to "Complete".  Use the "Find Contributions" feature to accomplish this, then "Update to Complete" from the actions when you have found the contributions you wish to complete.

This would mess up all the reports/searches for the bookkeeper about who has paid and who still owes money.

Most of this organization's events fall into the category of people choosing paying later, then bringing their money to the door, so this issue is having a serious impact.
