Hi,

I thought we could use the forum (or create a sub forum - what do you think Michal?) to collect bits of information that people tell us are missing from the book so that we have a to do list when it comes to writing the 3rd edition.

First on the list is that while the book covers creating templates, it doesn't cover where these templates are stored and how to edit and delete them.
