Contribution page, group assignment and paypal sandbox

I have set up two contribution pages - one for indivudal memberships and one for Organisation memberships

On the Organisation contribution page a profile is attached to that is meant to register the contact into a group called members

After completing a successful transaction thru paypal sandbox the record is created. (PayPal Standard - US have diferent names than UK accounts)

The organisation record however has no group assignment. It has relationships with contact records that have the group assignment.

So I have two Q's:
1. How do I get the organisation record assigned to a group ? [for mailings to organisations]
2. If IPN is tested and working thru paypal why is the status pending?

When contributing as  membership with a profile  of individual signing up on the page, group assigned on registration to 'Indivdual Members'  and double optin set to zero, the group tab shows the record as belonging to 2 groups but only one group is listed

Mmmm - still a bug?
