I have my host allowing me to put out 500 sendmails per hour I have set my settings to allow me to send out 490 every 3600 seconds.... And each time the report still shows that the second wave never gets sent out...they all bounce???

Any ideas?

My cron job is set up to run every 5 min....Should i change that to every hour...is it trying to send that next burst out in five minutes??
