custom code error CRM_Core_BAO_PriceSet upgrading from 3.0 to 3.2

Looks like there was a change in file structure.  code to process price sets no longer works.  looking for required include - require_once 'CRM/Core/BAO/PriceSet.php' which no longer exists.  Can't find function anywhere .... any suggestions?
