Custom Data fields applied to Pledge Payment?

Hi all,

I'm working on setting up pledges to be used for mortgage payments that have 0% interest. My client wants to record the mortgage payment vs the escrow payment. I am able to set up the custom data for the two fields and have them appear on the pledge, but is there any way to have the fields show up on the actual pledge payment form?
