additional details custom fields

Hi there

I want to add some custom fields to the new contribution backend such as original currency and exchange rate. 

How do I add these so that they show up on the backend new contribution page that I get when I search on contacts and go to more?

You can add Custom fields via Administer >> Customize >> Custom Data, then create a profile that includes them for use on Contribution pages at Administer >> Customize >> CiviCRM Profile. Then at Contributions >> Manage Contributions, select Include Profiles and choose the new profile for either the top or bottom profile to display.
