Message template missing

Now I've got the same problem as I have had before:

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
No such message template: option group msg_tpl_workflow_event, option value event_online_receipt.

I have designed an event form and tested this form. When a user want to submit he get the error.

I have checked and the message template is present but I can't see if some thing is wrong.

Is there any way to fixe this?

Where do you see that the message template is present?
