CiviSchool installation error

I'm trying to install CiviSchool that I found here - http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC32/CiviSchool and I'm following the instructions. 

I'm stuck on Step 4 of the installation instructions - http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC32/CiviSchool+Installation

The error that I'm getting is:

ERROR: Invalid key value sent. More info at:http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Command-line+Script+Configuration

I'm running CiviCRM 3.2 and I found the config.settings.php file and the Key value, copied the key value and I'm sure I'm using the right key - here's the URL I'm using

http://ubuntu.local/dr6/sites/all/modules/civicrm/bin/migrate/import.php?name=XXX&pass=XXX&key=XXX&file=/var/www/dr6/sites/all/modules/sfschool/sql/xml/SFSModuleData.xml

Any ideas?
