landing page after mailinglist subscribtion

Hi,

is there a way to get a landing page after let people subscribe to mailinglists on
domain.tld/civicrm/mailing/subscribe   (Drupal 6)

I haven't found such a option in the GUI, so may there are hooks or something?

Or are there any other ways to modificate this page in a clean and proper way.
