Error after new install

Hello, I have installed the Joomla Alt file onto the latest Joomla and am getting the following errors when starting the civicrm module:
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'CRM/Core/Config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear')
Does anyone know what this means? I know I have the latest php and sql. My server is siteground and I am running civicrm on other sites on the same server. Please help. Thanks!
