contribute widget does not emit cleanurls with drupal 6

I am using civiCRM 3.2 with drupal 6 (6.19).

When a user clicks on the "contribute" button of the contribute widget, the user is correctly taken to the campaign page, however, the url in the address bar shows the full drupal url including the:  index.php?q=civicrm/contribute/transact/&reset=1&id=2&widget=1

The correct behaviour when drupal cleanurls are endabled would be to omit the 'index.php?q=' .

I noticed that the widget is an swf file - is there a way to configure the file to emit clean urls?

Is the actionscript source code for the widget available somewhere so I could make the changes myself?

Nevermind

I was able to fix this by installing and enabling the Global Redirect Drupal module
