Just want to find out the best way to configure this type of setup (if possible)

Members sign up the person signs up on part of Organization (required)
--That person makes a Drupal account at the same time
--Their record relates to the Org record via the Employee of Relationship
--The Membership was set so new users who are Employees of this Org are member too.

(now the tough part for me)
The Membership is due for renewal who is in charge of renewing it?
The initial person who signed up?
If so then do they get an email (since form asks for the Orgs primary email then most likely this is who gets the renewal notice)?
Is this ability to do this tied to the users account or just built into the renewal link?
And how does this effect all the other employees? I would assume they do not have permissions to manage this either (which means they could mess it up).

It seems to me, just from writing this out, that the primary email for the Org setup during the Contribution is where the renewal email goes to and has nothing to do with the user who signed up the initial account (in this example) even though they made a drupal user account at the same time and the Relationship to the Organization. And therefore the CiviCRM ACLs really do not matter since it is not about the user (drupal) and employee relationship (civicrm) but just about the link in the Renewal Email?
