I am having problems with dashboard. Anything I add(dashlets or reports) return the same error --

Not Found
The requested URL /civicrm/dashlet/activity&reset=1&snippet=4 was not found on this server.

As also receive an error modifying reports to mark as available to dashboard --

I only see this problem in the 'main' dashboard -- the other dashboards seem just fine
