Automatically block a user when on hold

Hi,

When a contact has an invalid email, I would like to have drupal being informed of it, and being able to put the user "on hold" too (eg. block it).

That would either make the user react, or get rid of "fake" users.

Is there a hook when a contact is put on hold (in the bounce processing) or a better way of doing it ?

there are currently no hooks for the mailing events
