"CiviContribute Alert: Possible Duplicate Contact Record" email recipients?

When a new contact is created via an online contribution form and civi detects a possible duplicate, it sends out a "CiviContribute Alert: Possible Duplicate Contact Record" email. In version 3.2.3 civi is CC'ing the contact who made the contribution on these administrative messages, and I need to revert to the 3.0.0 behavior of only emailing the administrator.

I have been looking around in the forums and wiki for info on how to control the behavior of these emails without luck. The email content is controlled under Home › CiviCRM › Administer CiviCRM › Message Templates > System Workflow Messages > Contributions - Duplicate Organization Alert, but I am unsure how to specify recipients of this system generated message.

If I can get a some clarifications I will update the wiki (http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC32/Find+and+Merge+Duplicate+Contacts):

1) How do you specify recipients for this email? Is the "To:" recipient derived from the contribution page thank you email "From:" setting? How do I turn off the CC to the contributing contact?
2) Under what conditions is this email being generated? All contact types or only Organizations? Fuzzy or Strict rule?

Lobo answered these questions for me on irc and I have opened a ticket to fix the problem with 3.2.3 CC'ing the possible duplicate alert email to regular users (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6976). To answer my questions and provide some clarity to how this duplicate email process works:

1) The email recipients of the "CiviContribute Alert: Possible Duplicate Contact Record" email are set in CRM/Contribute/BAO/ContributionPage.php
2) The email is only generate for possible duplicate Organization contacts when a user has selected to make contribution "On behalf of" an Organization.
3) The email is being generated using the default "Strict" dedupe rule for organizations.
4) The email subject and body can be modified at  CiviCRM › Administer CiviCRM › Message Templates > System Workflow Messages > Contributions - Duplicate Organization Alert
