Profile settings non-recoverable error

If you go to http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/uf/group?reset=1 and click on the "Settings" link for a profile you just get a non-recoverable error message.

It is fixed in below revision. Updated on Sandbox. :)  Thanks.
