The My Cases dashlet has a small indicator triangle that enables expanding or collapsing a record in the dashlet so that you can see all activities in a case without having to go to the actual case page. That function works well in "dashlet" mode but doesn't work in full screen mode. The indicator / triangle does not respond then. We're on 3.2.3. and works the same on demo.civicrm.org.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is fixed under the below issue :
http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6827 .

You can try applying the patch from the issue.
