Hello on simple question, that is killing me ... How may i search for contacts with no tags or groups ?

i am thinking ivan wants people who have zero groups and zero tabs.

so create a group with everyone, then remove all those who have any of the other groups - maybe

Bit clunky, but if you search (advanced search) and select all the groups, and all the tags (check all the checkboxes), then you can add the result to a group (in one go) "with tag/group"

Then you can proceed as Pete suggested.

Not perfect, but you don't have to do it one contact per one contact

I would suggest the same as Susan (go to Administer/Customize/Manage Custom Searches, then select the CRM_Contact_Form_Search_Custom_Group), that should work with excluding all groups, though probably not with excluding all groups AND excluding all tags. You could though do a exclude all tags, put the result in a group and then do all records in that group excluding all other groups?
