Drupal user page not displaying CiviCRM profile

I have a Drupal user whose account is not matching up with CiviCRM. It is not displaying the 'Name, address, phone' CiviCRM profile that displays on all our Drupal user accounts.

The email addresses are the same and there is an entry in civicrm_uf_match which has the user's Internal ID listed correctly - the Internal ID in CiviCRM matches with contact_id in the civicrm_uf_match listing.

Is there something else that needs to match up somewhere?

This is solved, sort of.

It was caused by a duplicate entry in civicrm_uf_match for that email address.

This may have been caused by merging a duplicate - this contact was merged a couple of weeks earlier. We ran a search and found 6 duplicate emails in the civicrm_uf_match table.
