Smart groups - how to search for contact in same household as...

We'd like to create a smart group for contacts that are in the same household with a contact that has a current membership. How would we do that search?

(So if Person A and Person B are related within the same household contact, and Person A has a current membership, Person B would be put in the smart group.)

seems like u'll need to do this via a custom search
