Setting up CiviCase on a test server
October 28, 2010, 12:31:48 pm
I upgraded to civicrm 3.2.3 from 3.2.2, and then tried to enable civicase. All seemed okay, I followed the steps on this URL:

http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC32/CiviCase+Configuration

but when I go to the dashboard or any case search, I get a little box saying:

"You need to setup and load Case and Activity configuration files before you can begin using the CiviCase component.  Refer to the CiviCase Administration Documentation to learn about this process."

I can find no results when searching for this error. Anyone else come close to this one? Did I miss an obvious step? That's usually what I do.

The error indicates maybe you missed something from this part:

You possibly involuntarily deleted your setup xml-files when upgrading?
