I'm cross-posting here from http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,16296.0.html, but perhaps somebody on this board will have some idea what's going on - I'm running into a major problem here and perhaps somebody could shed some light:

I'm trying to set up CiviMail according to the instructions at http://en.flossmanuals.net/CiviCRM/SystemConfiguration and when I try to check the Email processor via browser, I get the following message:

connecting to xxx.xx.xxx.xxx and authenticating as [user]
Fatal error: Class 'ezcMailPop3Transport' not found in /home/[user]/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Mailing/MailStore/Pop3.php on line 57

Same basic message using IMAP.

Not using SSL on the site - any idea what's going on here? Thanks!

Does anybody have a clue as to what might be happening here? I have a virtually identical setup on another site with the same host and it's working fine; this site is older and has gone through more Civi updates, although we're only setting up mass-mailing now. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
