This is in reference to the new address sharing feature in 3.3 Alpha. In some propriety CRM systems, shared addresses can be updated from any record that displays the address. Since the address record itself lives in its own table and is connected to contacts through a linking table, it should be relatively trivial to allow users to do this. Of course, I know SQL much better than I know Civi architecture, so I may be completely wrong on how difficult it would be to implement.
