What is your goal ?

You might want to do it by using profiles (check the relevant chapter in our book).

Hi,

You can use profiles in admin.

But if you want to change everything, then I'd recommend reading the following as well:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/CiviCRM/DevelopIntro
http://civicrm.org/architecture (start from the oldest posts)

P.S. Your request is very generic, if this is about to know how civicrm is coded, that's the right place. You will get faster results if you have a look around to see what existing customisation features exist already (profile/custom search/custom report/hook/api) and try to build upon them.

ok thanks, but i can ask you another question, civicrm_menu is the table having all the details of menu with path, class to call, access arguments, here what my question is, is there any admin interface to configure all those, i.e.. path, callback, actually wat i did is, i manually inserted one row with different call back function but it is showing error in invoke.php
