how to make new civicrm_menu table entry in admin interface - Joomla

Hi all, i have below query is anyone can help me  ???

civicrm_menu is the table having all the details of menu with path,class to call, access arguments, here what my question is, is there any admin interface to configure all those, i.e.. path,callback, actually wat i did is, i manually inserted one row with different call back function but it is showing error in invoke.php

All CiviCRM menu's are defined in xml and then we populate database from XML. If you want to add custom menu, you can use xml Menu hook.
