We have a new CiviCRM/Drupal installation for a non-profit membership association, but it's not setup properly. Technically, the installtion works perfectly, but the workflow, terminology, pages, forms, etc. all need to be customized.

We require EXPERT, PROFESSIONAL (not tinkering) assistance to quickly setup CiviCRM to exactly match the needs of the association.  We have already confirmed that CiviCRM is a perfect match for their needs, but we don't have the time to learn the ins and outs of CiviCRM to set it up properly.

A very detailed functional specifications document will be provided to the contractor.

Once complete, we'll need the contractor to implement a new Drupal Design (which we'll provide) to utilize CiviCRM. 

This job is a big rush. (of course)
