Could not find valid Key

I am using Drupal 4.7 and Civicrm 1.7

New users cannot register on our site. They get the error:

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.

Could not find valid Key

Return to CiviCRM menu.

This morning I got several red warning messages on our front page. Anonymous users could not view linked pages throughout the site except for "create new account" and "Request new password"

After trial I found that disabling the Organic groups module removed these warnings. OG groups use to appear on the registration page. Has this got anything to do with the above error.

you might want to consider upgrading to drupal 5.3 and civicrm 1.9, the version thats we currently support :)
