Scenario: when I get contact details, I search using the Search Dropdown to check if a contact exists, and if not, press Create New > to create a new individual etc.

Problem: after using the Search Dropdown, the Create New button is inactive.

Steps to reproduce in v3.2.3 in Drupal (and on online demo v29810)...

• Go to the dashboard page
• Click on the Search Dropdown, enter some characters to elicit a response, but don't select any of the returned contacts
• Click on Create New (in the 'CiviCRM Create New Record' block)

The Create New button has no effect. The page needs to be reloaded before it does take effect.
