Country and State not working

Hello,


We have noticed that the behavior of selecting the Country, which in turn should limit the available States, only works on the back-end.  Is this a known issue for the front-end?

I'm using Joomla and CiviCRM 3.2.0.  Tested this in IE 7 & 8 and FireFox.

Is your question related to Credit Card Billing fields? Or any use of the Country field?

It seems to be related to including the Country and State in a custom profile.  I realized this just now while trying to get the proximity search to work on the front end.  Predefined forms work correctly, but custom profiles do not.
