Dashboard reports - not going well
November 08, 2010, 06:23:15 pm
I've just started playing with the dashboard, and it's not going well. I've added two different membership reports, and the results are the screenshot included here ("moved permanently"). If I click the "move here" links, I still get the reports, but that really isn't the desired behavior. Refreshing the dashboard doesn't help. Neither does updating the site urls as per http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,12386.0.html (at least not from within the interface. I can't actually find /components/com_civicrm/civicrm.settings.php or /administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm.settings.php )

If you're using Drupal (rather than Joomla) as your profile indicates, then you should look for civicrm.settings.php in  <drupal_root_folder>/sites/default directory. CiviCRM installs on Drupal only have one copy of the settings file. Once you find it, do verify the settings - esp for the CIVICRM_UF_BASEURL. Make sure it matches the exact URL you use to get to your Drupal site home page (and watch for differences like http://www.mysite.org vs htp://mysite.org).
