Hi.

I was so enthusiastic about civicrm and now so frustrated it is not working.
Here is my problem.

I have installed civicrm 3.2.4 on joomla 1.5.21:

installation went ok
back end is working fine

BUT when I add any kind of link (profile, event, contribute) to the menu and click on it i get the following error message:
Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
We can't load the requested web page due to an incomplete link. This can be caused by using your browser's Back button or by using an incomplete or invalid link.
I haven't found any answer to this issue on this and other forum.

Can anybody help me, please?

After selecting a link type from the menu builder, did you choose an option from the right column parameters? For example, if you chose contribution page, did you select one from the right select box?

Yes I did choose an option (profile create form- new individual).
Checked better and I have joomla 1.5.22, the other versions are as in my profile.

the problem appears to be on the civi side. within civi, go to admin > customize > civi profile, and for the profile you want to work with, choose more > use profile-create mode. ensure that the profile can be viewed in this way.

if the problem persists, PM me access details and i'll take a quick look
