I tried to edit an existing, event by going to the manage events tab>event>configure>Info and settings> and this results in a page showing the all the content in between the save buttons at the top and bottom of the page.  The text is un-styled and the some of the fields such as the date are in accessible.

I was able to edit the record thru MyPhpAdmin.

I created a second record, this time I got a styled page but date was still un accessible, I was able to edit the time but not the date. When proceeding to the second page to add a location, I was greeted by the un-styled page. 

I reinstalled civi and upgrade to 3.2.4 from 3.2.2 and still am experiencing these issues.
