Confirmation Email Not Received

About 40% of the people who create an account on my Drupal 6.17 / Civicrm 3.2 site are not receiving the confirmation email with the link to verify their account and reset password.  We have check and it is not blacklisting, SPAM Filters, Virus or User Error.  I can't tell if the confirmations are actually sent, but I can say that the recipient is not receiving them.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I apologize. I searched for two days and did not see this issue and then as soon as I posted I found several comments. Appears this is a bug. Does anyone know if it was fixed in the latest version? (or tell me how to look) I am still new at the forum.
