Multiple domains

We have a production domain which has been working for several years using CiviCRM 1.9. We are now upgrading and I have set up a new domain prototype.datest.org. When I send a mailing from the test domain (prototype), the domain in the return address shows lists.democratsabroad.org after the @ sign.

The page to manage these settings, CiviSMTP Account Settings, has a drop down to select the account to manage. When I select prototype.datest.org, it always shows the current values for lists.democratsabroad.org, no matter how many times I save the settings.
