several jquery issues 3.3beta

Just installed 3.3beta1 today, noticed several errors

ERROR LOG:

File does not exist: /home/webadmin/domoit.com/html/favicon.ico
File does not exist: /home/webadmin/domoit.com/html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/jquery/jsTree.v.1.0rc2, referer: http://www.domoit.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_civicrm

from joomla components menu, selecting civicrm to get to desktop, this error logs:

from Administration | admininstration console, two errors log:
File does not exist: /home/webadmin/domoit.com/html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/jquery/jsTree.v.1.0rc2, referer: http://www.domoit.com/administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin&reset=1&
Directory index forbidden by Options directive: /home/webadmin/domoit.com/html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/i/, referer: http://www.domoit.com/administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin&reset=1&

selecting Global Settings menu this logs:
File does not exist: /home/webadmin/domoit.com/html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/jquery/jsTree.v.1.0rc2, referer: http://www.domoit.com/administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/setting&reset=1

PS:
There was this error:
File does not exist: /home/webadmin/domoit.com/html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/jquery/jquery-ui-1.8.5/development-bundle/ui/i18n/jquery.ui.datepicker-en.js, referer: http://www.domoit.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_civicrm

the file as installed was named "jquery.ui.datepicker-en-GB.js" (I think as I recall), I renamed it to what you were calling "jquery.ui.datepicker-en.js" and that error went away.

This is already fixed and will be part of next beta: http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-7086
