Advanced Search - Address Fileds - Missing County

When trying to do an advanced search on address fields, County is not an option to search on.

Is there a way we can modify the Advanced Search Template view?

Also,

When displaying search results, where we have added all possible County Fields to the search profile - Main, Work, Home, etc.., the results do not display the County Names.

Have you enabled County here: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/address&reset=1

We're using joomla, I'll take a look, but I belive my program has already done that and loaded the County DB for Wisconsin.

Yes, the setting is slected for County.

I have upload a screenshot of the Advanced Search, Address screen.

No county Option to search by.
