Cannot create Event in 3.2.4

Hi

I've upgraded from 3.1.2 to 3.2.4 and I finally got (almost) everything working fine. But, I still have an annoying problem.
When I go to Events Management and either click on "Add Event" ou try to edit an existing Event, I cannot obtain the edit form and I stay on the search form with the message :
There are no events scheduled for the date range. You can add one.

Had anyone experienced that issue ?
What can I do to fix that problem ?

could you clear your browser cache as well as clear template cache ( purge all contents from files/civicrm/templates_c/ )

Thanks for the answer, but it didn't work...
I wondered if it could a permission problem.
