When creating a custom data set that is going to be dates like start date and end date, would there be a way to place both fields on the same row?

Data Set is set to Tab and allows multiple records.

Currently the input field labels look like:
CIC History (Tab Title)
CIC Board Member Term Start     
CIC Board Member Term End     
CIC Operations Oversight Committee Term Start     
CIC Operations Oversight Committee Term End

I know in other data types like check box, you can specify options per line.

Possible to do with Custom Date Data types?
