Greetings All,

Using CiviCRM 3.3 beta 2 in Joomla.

All mail configuratiojn appears good, but some, and only some recipients do not receive email from the bulk mailing function. Is this a known issue? As far as I can see, all is correct with the mail recipients in question.

Related to this, what logging facilities are there to help diagnose mailout issues?

Apologies if this has been asked before. I am a newbie here.

could u verify Recipient count when u start composing mailing.
( do check on left top corner when u start mailing wizard )

Also u have to filter out those contacts.

there are several reason which will avoid sending mail.
1. Contact might be marked as opt out.
2. Contact might be marked as deceased.
3. does contact have valid email address.

also u might want to send normal mail from civicrm for these contact.
( Send Email To Contacts - from search contact - actions )

hope this help to figure out things.
