explorer is showing different results then firefox

firefox appears to be ok.

The link  http://www.doperdal.com/index.php?q=civicrm/admin/setting/url?reset=1

returns normal, however, from menu>contacts   New Contacts and New Organization have an "X" drop down menus DO appear when mouse over, but no "x" should be there.  I get the same "X" in explorer anywhere where there are drop down menus.  Also if I select "adminstration>administration panel> page returns results, but it displays and "x" next to "show field or selection" It is like a picture that doesn't show, and requires active-x to display.

Issue seems to only be in explorer

I take the last comment back, the problem seems to be in every browser except firefox

Clear your caches by using shift refresh, meaning hold down Shift while you click on the Refresh button of your browsers, each separately.

I'm not sure what the issue is, but what I would suggest is that if there is still an issue, you start a new forum topic with the details of just that issue.

I tried your suggestion.  It didn't work.  I'll send you a screen shot via e-mail, maybe you can identify the problem, or at least what to call it. Thanks for all your help.
