Civischool options list
November 20, 2010, 06:50:24 am
I am trying to implement the parent/student directoy. I am doing this for a parent group at the school and there is a membership fee. I created a contribution page and assigned the parent profile to the top and the student to the footer. When I go the the page it lists the parent info in full detail ready to capture, but it on;t has the student infos grade level listed to capture and no first or last name. How do I expose those fields for the cont page footer. If I go to the drupal user managerment screnn they are fully listed or if I make the student info the top of the contribution page. thanks

Also where is the option list for the grade levels? I want to change them to match what I would be recording. Thanks

I figured out the options list by loading the activity types one and then clicking on the breadcrumbs for options group it brought me the screen to select the grade group and change its values.

I still need help with the exposing relationships as I see the custom data for the relation ship fields, but cannot add them to my profile. So I am assuing I stil have to expose them.
