I have only found high level documentation, and I am havng trouble finding specific, step by step instructions for best practices for setting up CIVICRM with Drupal.  I am looking for a turotiral that will walk me through each step, and let me know what part of Civi I should set up first, second, third, etc. and how to go about settting up each section step by step.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Yep, thanks.  But, I am looking for a step by step for the setup, after the module has been installed and is working, i.e. set up organizations (step by step), set up profiles, etc. Any ideas?

Maybe a better more specific question is, do I set up Organization 1st, then Organization locations 2nd, and profile 3rd?

I really would like get the Organization to set themselves up, but I want to control/customize their setup screens to walk them through the process step by step so they don't get lost.  Then I would like to use the same process for the users/customers and have them complete their setup of their profile from the drupal home page, which the customer can then use to sign up to an organzations/location event. 

Where do I start?  I think if you give me the order, I can refer to the other technical data for the "how to."
