Disclaimer or "Agreement" in Contribution Page for Membership Signup

Hello!

I'm creating a Contribution Page for Membership Signup in our club. I need to include a legal notice or disclaimer with a confirmation checkbox.

I know Drupal modules specialized for this (Legal, Agreement,...). Is there something similar in Cicivcrm? Any alternative solution?  ???

You can just make a Custom Data field checkbox and include in one of the Profiles that you expose on the Contrib Page.
