Data scrubbing / data cleaning with Google Refine

I've just found this tool for cleaning up my membership database and wanted to share my experience.  I'm importing from Access to CiviCRM and this Google Refine tool is simply brilliant for helping me scrub the data.  I think this is a valuable data scrubbing tool for individuals and professionals working with CiviCRM.  This tool has saved me many hours working with some beastly non-profit data sets. Check out the tutorials to get a feel for what Refine can do:
