I've just upgraded our site from 3.1.1 to 3.2.5

It all works lovely on the test site, but on the live site we've lost the dashboard (it can be configured, but does not display a widget) and most of the styling of the contact records and so on. For instance there are no tabs and clicking on the link to look at activities or groups or anything else results in a completely unstyled page.

I have...

verified the settings in civicrm.settings.php
verified the resource url's (it looks just like the kind of error this would produce)
cleared the views cache and the drupal cache
deleted the contents of templates_c
rebuilt the menus
verified JSON is enabled (and that clients have javascript enabled)

What else can I do?

UPDATE - Inspiration struck with the recollection that the themes are slightly different and so far this seems to be the problem..

UPDATE - Confirmed - it was a site (Drupal) theme problem. We have been using a lightly modified Acquia Marine theme; updating it to the latest version of Aqcuia Marina with Fusion and the skinr module has solved all the presentation problems and given us access to all those lovely UX features teh civiCRM team have lavishly given us!
