How to make sure only administrators can create events on CiviEvents?

I don't see it anywhere in Permissions.

I think you would love people to Register for Events. Give it a try (best way with Permissions) - i think you will find that 'access civievent' is more like 'admin civi event'

Alright. Authorized users cannot visit the Events Dashboard anymore. :(
